There are several ways to prescribe NUPLAZID and connect eligible patients with Acadia Connect® support:
e-Prescribe Through Your Electronic Health Record (EHR)
Select RareMed Solutions in your EHR system when e-prescribing NUPLAZID to submit an electronic prescription directly to Acadia Connect®.

Once the patient has submitted their consent and enrollment is complete, they will be contacted by a Care Coordinator within the next 2 business days. The Care Coordinator:
Through the Acadia Connect® Commercial Copay Program, eligible commercially insured patients may pay as little as $0 per month.* For patients who do not have insurance, or have situations in which NUPLAZID is not covered by their insurance plan, Acadia Connect® can provide potential financial assistance options such as the Acadia Connect® Patient Assistance Program.†

Indication
NUPLAZID is indicated for the treatment of hallucinations and delusions associated with Parkinson’s disease psychosis.

Recommended dose: 34 mg capsule taken orally once daily, without titration, with or without food.
NUPLAZID is available as 34 mg capsules and 10 mg tablets.
